Advantage Loan Program

The Advantage Loan Program is available in the Cleveland Neighborhood.

The program offers up to $10,000.00 in closing cost assistance to individuals who are buying a home for their primary residence

In order to qualify, the home purchase must be on a block that has had a foreclosure or has a house on the City's Board/Vacant Property List.

Homebuyers must take a class before closing on the loan. See the class schedule.
