Great City Design Team - Penn/Lowry Avenues

The Cleveland Neighborhood held a charette to create a vision for the potential development of the Northwest Corner of the intersection of Penn and Lowry Avenues.

Because Cleveland Park is located directly behind this site, and the goal is to open up the park to Penn and Lowry Avenues, the Cleveland Neighborhood refers to the redevelopment of this corner as the "Parkside Development."
