Non-profit PRG, Inc. is excited to expand our Homebuyer Education program to north Minneapolis.  We are offering  our Home Stretch Homebuyer workshop FREE of charge to  residents of the Cleveland neighborhood (normally $35.00) for a limited time. We especially want to encourage individuals to attend who may be in the very early stages of thinking about buying a home. The workshop is a great introduction to the home buying process and a great first step towards home ownership. In addition, homebuyers can meet with PRG’s Home Ownership Advisors make an individualized plan to work toward home ownership. This counseling service is always free.

Our homebuyer education workshops are NSP and HUD approved, and are accepted by most down payment assistance programs. Participants are free to purchase any home of their choosing.
