Have you ever wanted to add a little color to your block? All it takes is a little paint, some energetic neighbors and a design.

Join us for a workshop on how to do a paint the pavement project and work along with an artist to create some initial sketches. We’ll work together and talk about the timeline for making your project happen this summer. We’ll meet on April 2nd, 6-8pm at 2205 Lowry Ave N.

There are two deadlines for Paint the Pavement this summer, the first is April 11th to be able to paint in June and the second is at the end of April to be able to paint in August. It’s a very short deadline, but all we need is permission of adjacent property owners, so if you know the people on the four corners of your intersection, or just the house across the street from you, this is a strong possibility for a great community project.
