The Cleveland Board Association will be hosting a neighborhood information session to update the community on the following project:

The Cleveland Neighborhood Association Board has considered a request to commit up to $147,883 of Cleveland neighborhood NRP funds for acquisition of three properties by Twin Cities Land Bank: 3445 Penn Ave, 3449 Penn Ave, and 3501 Penn Ave.

The CNA Board requests the City of Minneapolis to consider the following NRP funds as reserved for this project until otherwise informed by the CNA board:

• Phase I strategy Implement Lowry/Penn Strategic Plans $2,050.00
• Phase II strategy Lot Redevelopment Funds $145,833.28
