Article V Meetings, Section 3. Board of Directors Meetings Change:

“The Board of Directors shall meet on the third Monday of the month at 7:00 pm in a public and accessible place to conduct general Association business.”

to:
“The Board of Directors shall meet monthly, at a regularly scheduled day and time determined by the Board and posted publicly in a public and accessible place to conduct general Association business.”
The reason for this change is to allow the Board to adjust the day and time of the meeting to coincide with the scheduling needs of Board members.

We will be voting on this at our annual party!
