Spring Clean Up 2016 – May 7th

1-2015 CNA Spring Clean UpSpring is in the air and we want to work together to make Cleveland the beautiful place we all know it to be. Join your friends and neighbors on May 7th starting at 10am for a spring clean and celebration. We’ll meet at the Cleveland Community Garden at Vincent and Lowry to receive gloves, pickers and bags from Team Captains. Together we’ll walk the blocks from Lowry to Dowling picking up litter, tidying up and helping make the neighborhood sparkle. We’ll finish with a celebration lunch complete with music and resource tables. It’s going to be a great event and we hope you and your neighbors can make it out to join us. In the spirit of friendly competition, there will be a prize at the end for the street (Penn-Xerxes) with the highest turn out, so invite your neighbors!

2015 A Year in Pictures

2015yearinreviewThey say a picture is worth 1000 words, well we’ve collected 52,000+ words then (but just 52 pictures, don’t get overwhelmed) for you to reminisce on all that’s happened in the Cleveland Neighborhood in 2015. What’s missing is your beautiful moments that we don’t capture on camera, those connections with neighbors, a random act of kindness, your own families memorable moments. We’d love to hear your stories of what’s happened in the neighborhood last year or what’s happening this year. Share your stories in the comments here or on social media or email us at cna@clevelandneighborhood.org. We’ll be featuring neighbor stories through out the year in 2016. But now, on to a Year in Review. And you can view past years as well if you’d like at yearinreview.clevelandneighborhood.org.
